Hi all. Ive quit GW for quite awhile now. Maybe 6-8 months to be exact.

Anyways, I have a lot of ectos and items etc sitting in my account and im just wondering what the farming situation is in GW, provided in a nutshell.

Is SF nerfed? UWSC seems to be a bit different i cant tell how, something about a new quest or something. Anyways, yes, Id like to know if ecto farming is dying or a new breed is coming about, so I know to liquidate my items into ectos or not.

Are there any plans to nerf sf completely and make ecto prices rise once again?

Well, Underworld has had an update, which now has a new end-boss (Dhuum), some popup changes, and some small mobs of new enemies (Skeletons of Dhuum) in various places throughout the entire UW. Their attacks can go through Shadow Form.

However, builds have still been made to overcome them by using Protective Bond on some of the permas, and just smart playing in UW. UWSC is back to about 30-35mins, and FoWSC is about 11-15mins if I recall.

Yes, there is a pending nerf to Shadow Form, as well as 600/smiting, which should come in the near future. Regina has posted about this in her journal.

Exact as opposed to what? No timeframe given? One or two years? Maybe even three? I wouldnt suppose, if I didn't give an exact second as to which I exited the game last you would be on my case as well?

I've looked around the forums, I've read a few updates. How do you think I came across the UWSC update?

Next time you post, don't intend to troll my thread ever again. I don't need your ignorant or witty comments nor do they help anyone.

With that being said, I think I'll hoarde my ectos and wait for the price to increase a bit before liquidating into pure cash. Thank you Xivor for your constructive post.
